Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Manager (Knutsford)

  • Qualified accountant with significant experience within a busy and successful FP&A function
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels of the business
  • Proven track record of effective line management across multiple geographies
  • Advanced MS package abilities; especially Excel, PowerPoint & database management
  • Launch the FP&A function within the business, providing senior management with the processes and tools to analyse business performance
  • Establish a rolling 12-month forecasting model and process that is appropriate for the size of business and flexible to absorb acquisitions
  • Develop processes to facilitate more efficient data gathering and analysis
  • Oversee monthly revenue recognition and fee analysis
  • Manage insurance process and relationships across the group
  • Willingness to travel to different sites when required (EU & US)
  • Positive outlook with a ‘can-do’ attitude, alongside being a real self-starter

Digital Web Developers (Knutsford, London, Brighton and Macclesfield)

  • 2+ years’ experience in web development is a must
  • Enthusiastic about digital technology, design, development and UX
  • Be analytical, a problem solver and have great attention to detail
  • Capability to work individually or as a team, alongside assisting other colleagues when required
  • Driven and innovative mindset, whilst having the abilities to always deliver high quality work
  • Great understanding of fundamental web technologies: HTML, CSS and JavaScript (BEM)
  • Front-end or Full stack skillset (optional)
  • Experience building responsive web applications in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge with test driven development techniques
  • Happy at being challenged to learn new technologies and continuously expanding personal skillset

Senior Sales Ledger Clerk/Sales Ledger Manager (Knutsford)

  • 2+ years’ experience as a sales ledger clerk or credit controller is essential
  • Previous experience managing a small team is highly desirable
  • Excellent numerical, written and verbal abilities
  • Accountability of the credit control process to ensure that debt is chased daily and payments are received within the relevant payment terms
  • Full responsibility for sales ledger and other inflows for all group members
  • Management of project files, ensuring all project files are kept up to date and ensuring controls in place to maintain the project files in line with the debtor’s ledger
  • Develop and manage the finance process manual for the sales ledger team, including documentation of month end and mid-month tasks for each trading company within the Fishawack Group
  • Enjoys working within a team and being part of a busy finance department
  • Great attention to detail, methodical approach to work and highly process driven
  • Outstanding IT skills; MS office is essential, alongside a solid understanding of accounting software principles

Project Manager (London)

  • 2 – 5 years project or account management experience, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment
  • An interest in medical advertising and the pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
  • Collaborative approach with all stakeholders, alongside the aptitude to challenge and provide feedback to agency teams
  • High attention to detail; successfully managing workflows on all assigned client accounts
  • Ability to develop timelines and advise on estimates; effectively managing projects to ensure they are always completed on time and budget
  • Continuously analyses agency processes, whilst suggesting appropriate improvements to increase project and organisational efficiency
  • Enthusiastic, innovative and professional, with a strong desire to progress career within project management
  • Excellent IT skills required; MS office is essential, with Advantage, Basecamp or additional enterprise software being highly beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing or relevant equivalent

Medical/Healthcare Copywriter (London)

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience within a medical/healthcare communications agency
  • Minimum 2-5 years copywriting experience within a fast-paced agency environment
  • A keen interest in medical science, the pharmaceutical industry and creative writing
  • Ability to develop creative and strategic ideas that solve complex client marketing challenges
  • Capability to build long-lasting relationships with stakeholders, encouraging collaboration across all teams
  • Excellent grammatical, editorial and proofreading skills
  • Skills to ensure all content is ‘on-brand’, whilst executing projects through the full life-cycle
  • Ambitious, with the attitude and desire to progress career within creative copywriting
  • Self-starter, professional, detail orientated, and possess excellent written and oral communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, English or relevant equivalent

Medical Writers (Knutsford, Oxford, London, Brighton & Basel)

  • Higher degree in the life sciences minimum; post-graduate qualification preferred
  • Prior experience within regulatory medical writing
  • Excellent grammatical, editorial and proofreading skills
  • Strong interest in the pharmaceutical industry and medical communications
  • Motivation, initiative and adaptability
  • Role involves researching, writing, editing and preparing high-quality material for a variety of projects
  • A keen interest in medical science and writing, coupled with an ability to work to strict deadlines and specifications is essential
  • Must be able to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
